Everything institutions usually ask us before they get started. Can’t find yours? Our team is one message away.
Getting started
ClassSynk is an education management platform. Admins run the institution from a web dashboard, while teachers, students and parents use the ClassSynk mobile app. Attendance, teacher check-in, exams and results, timetables, the academic calendar and announcements all live in one place, with fees, transport, online classes and much more on the way.
Today, K-12 schools across India, whether CBSE, ICSE, State Board, IB or IGCSE, from small single-section schools to large ones with many sections per class. Coaching centres, colleges and universities are next on our roadmap.
Not yet, but they are next. Coaching and tuition centres come first, with batches, test series with ranks and fee instalments, followed by colleges and universities with programmes, semesters and credits. Both will run on the same foundation schools use today. If you run one, join early access: early conversations shape what we build.
We aim to have you live within a week. Our team creates your institution, academic year and custom fields. Your office then imports students and teachers from Excel, and everyone receives an invite.
No. Admins use the dashboard in any modern browser. Teachers, students and parents install the ClassSynk app from the app store.
Using ClassSynk
Accounts are invite-only. When your office registers someone, ClassSynk emails them a secure link. The link works once and expires after 24 hours, and the office can resend or revoke it at any time.
Yes. The app stays signed in to several children’s accounts at once, parents switch between them without logging out, and every child’s alerts arrive whichever account is open.
Admins send absence alerts for a student, a section, a class or the whole institution. Parents receive a push notification on the ClassSynk app. SMS and WhatsApp alerts are on our roadmap.
Teachers tap Check in on the app as they arrive. ClassSynk reads their location once, at that moment, and accepts the check-in only on campus. It works out whether they are on time, late or in for a half day, and admins see every teacher’s status on today’s board. Teachers can mark leave in the app, and if needed, admins can change a teacher’s attendance status for a day, with a reason.
Yes. Once results are published, students and parents see the class and section rank and “top X%” for each exam, and how the class scored as counts only. Nobody sees another student’s marks.
Yes. Each class can use daily attendance or period-by-period attendance, and ClassSynk works out each student’s status for the day.
Yes. Define percentage, letter-grade or GPA/CGPA schemes with your own grade boundaries, and use different schemes for different exams.
What’s coming
Fees and online payments, live bus tracking, online classes, parent–teacher messaging and payroll are among the modules we’re building, and transfers between ClassSynk institutions are already in development. Our roadmap lists every module, each labelled live, in development or planned.
Fees and online payments are planned. We don’t promise dates for planned work, because timelines depend on what our customers ask for most. Tell us it matters to you and it moves up the list.
It’s planned. Parents will see their child’s bus on a live map with the time to their stop, and get a notification when the bus is near and when their child boards or is dropped.
Yes, when online classes launch. Recorded lessons are uploaded to ClassSynk and streamed from there, not linked from other sites.
Yes. When messaging launches, the school’s admins can read every conversation, and every read is recorded. Messaging hours, set by the school, keep teachers’ evenings quiet.
Coaching centres
Yes, that’s one of the first things we’re building for coaching centres. Every student will see their rank and “top X%” for each test, without seeing anyone else’s marks. It uses the same class standing engine we built for schools.
Yes. You will be able to call them batches, set timings for each one and assign a mentor. Renaming labels such as “Section” to “Batch” already works today.
Yes. Live lectures by link, and recorded lectures uploaded to ClassSynk and streamed from there, organised by course, subject and chapter.
Colleges & universities
Yes. Programmes, semesters, courses with credits, electives, and SGPA and CGPA are the foundation of what we’re building for colleges.
Yes. Students and faculty will be warned before a student’s attendance falls below the required level, such as the common 75% rule.
Yes. Universities use the same foundation as colleges, with faculties, departments and affiliated colleges or campuses in one view.
Data & security
Yes. Every request is checked against the institution it belongs to, so no institution can ever see another’s data.
Everyone signs in with a password and a one-time code sent to their email. Resending codes and wrong guesses are limited, only one session per account is active at a time, and resetting a password signs out every other device.
Yes. On the Growth plan, ClassSynk keeps an audit trail of important actions, including registrations, attendance submissions, exam status changes and announcements. Changes to marks are recorded too.
Pricing & billing
You pay per enrolled student per month, billed once a year. Teachers, admins and parents are included at no extra cost. GST at 18% is added to the invoice.
No. Guided setup by the ClassSynk team is included in every plan, including creating your institution, academic year and custom fields.
Yes. Book a demo and we will set up a pilot with your own classes so your staff can try it with real data.
Yes. You can move up at any time and the difference is adjusted on your next invoice.
No. Each module joins its plan when it launches, at no extra cost. Fees, report cards and admissions join Starter and Growth; bus tracking, payroll and online classes join Growth. On Enterprise, you choose the modules you need. The plan comparison above shows where every module sits.
Recorded lessons are stored and streamed by ClassSynk when online classes launch. Each plan’s storage is listed in the plan comparison above.
